Power and Generators
Generators must be inverter or “silent” type generators. If you are using a standard generator, an approved baffle or sound-reduction enclosure is required to minimize noise. The Heritage Society of New Braunfels is unable to provide electrical power to vendors.

Health and Permitting Requirements (Food Vendors)
All food vendors must comply with applicable local and state health regulations. Vendors are required to hold a current catering or food service license and obtain a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from the New Braunfels Environmental Health Department. Permit applications are available through the City of New Braunfels website:
